Hamza ŞAHİN

He was born in 1960 in Mersin’s Silifke District. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Silifke. He graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics. He worked for various magazines while he was studying at the faculty. He worked for Panorama, EP Magazine, Yeni Günaydın and Akşam newspaper, respectively. He started working as a photojournalist at Anadolu Agency Photography News Directorate in 1997. He retired on October 4, 2011. Hamza Şahin has many awards in competitions organized by press organizations.
