Ilhan Demir is originally from Kars Kağızman and was born in Ankara. Ilhan Demir, a graduate of Hacettepe University Radio Television Cinema department, started working in the press department of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports in 2007 after successful studies in the field of media. in 2012, he was appointed as the Press and Public Relations Branch Directorate of the Sports Toto Organization Presidency, and since 2018, he has been appointed as the Press and Public Relations Consultant of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and is still holding this position.
Ilhan Demir, who is also a member of the board of directors of the Special Athletes Sports Federation, was appointed as the Head of the School Sports Department at the General Directorate of Sports Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in March 2023.
He is married and has one child.
